I graduated from Heritage College –Massage Therapy in 2014. I have worked
in chiropractic offices, spas and mobile massage. My years of experience of
collaborating with both chiropractors and physical therapists have given me a
uniquely rounded and compassionate approach to clients’ needs.
I value educating the client about their body and listen carefully to achieve the
needs of each individual. I work to slowly engage with the body to assess what it
needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. My approach to bodywork is rather
unique, integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial techniques, and Trigger Point
style of massage to provide a relaxing yet effective massage. While deep pressure is
my strength, I can still provide a lighter and more relaxing touch when asked. I have
worked on a variety of clientele, from professional athletes to infants.
I am certified with RockTape to provide Kinesiology taping and IASTM techniques.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization techniques use special tools to help detect and treat facial dysfunction, scar tissue, or restricted mobility.
I am passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and believe that massage
therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit.
My work can benefit athletes, migraine sufferers, chronic pain, prenatal clients, and
anyone seeking overall wellness of being.
